Hey! So I know this post a little late (just a smidge lol), I'm in my fourth week now. But the end of last week was definitely a challenge. Watch the vid to get a further explanation ( I dont feel like typing too much today lol). But just so you know if you dont feel like watching, I DID NOT QUIT WEIGHT WATCHERS! :) If you guys have any encouraging thoughts or advice, please leave them in a comment below. I didnt lose anything for two weeks (with workout) and since two weeks my weight is dropping again.
