I Am Back and Here To Stay!

Hey guys! I am so sorry for not posting in such a long time. I have been really busy with life lately. I just graduated from college and have started my masters program a couple days ago along with a new job. There are a lot of changes that have happened and that are currently happening in my life. I like change so it's not a big deal. But I am finally getting settled into everything. Therefore I promise you that I will be posting here on this blog at least 3 times a week. I don't care if I'm tired or not. I will commit to 3 posts a week. So please let me know if you have anything you want me to specifically blog about. Do you want any product reviews? Just let me know and I will get it out to you guys.

So how have I been doing with my weight loss??? Well, I wasn't really focusing on it very much in the last month or two and I also really wasn't going to work out with my trainer too much in that tim either. Graduation really consumed my life lol. But now that I am getting into the swing of my new life, I am back on track. During those months "off" I gained about 5 pounds. At first I was really stressed out about it but I'm over it. Thing happen and now it's time for me to move on. I am back working out with my trainer and paying attention to what I eat. I am no longer doing Weight Watchers. I won't go into that right now (that's a different post). I will be posting my work out routine and things associated with that probably in my next post.

Please keep me accountable for this you guys! I am really going to try. Also please leave any comments /questions you may have below. I love reading them!
