Hey guys! I am so sorry for not posting in such a long time. I have been really busy with life lately. I just graduated from college and have started my masters program a couple days ago along with a new job. There are a lot of changes that have happened and that are currently happening in my life. I like change so it's not a big deal. But I am finally getting settled into everything. Therefore I promise you that I will be posting here on this blog at least 3 times a week. I don't care if I'm tired or not. I will commit to 3 posts a week. So please let me know if you have anything you want me to specifically blog about. Do you want any product reviews? Just let me know and I will get it out to you guys.
So how have I been doing with my weight loss??? Well, I wasn't really focusing on it very much in the last month or two and I also really wasn't going to work out with my trainer too much in that tim either. Graduation really consumed my life lol. But now that I am getting into the swing of my new life, I am back on track. During those months "off" I gained about 5 pounds. At first I was really stressed out about it but I'm over it. Thing happen and now it's time for me to move on. I am back working out with my trainer and paying attention to what I eat. I am no longer doing Weight Watchers. I won't go into that right now (that's a different post). I will be posting my work out routine and things associated with that probably in my next post.
Please keep me accountable for this you guys! I am really going to try. Also please leave any comments /questions you may have below. I love reading them!

OMG Its Weigh In TIme (I'm Scared)
AAAHHHH it is time to weigh in and I am so freaking scared. I am literally writing this before I weigh in lol. I started to working out with my personal trainer this week (3x's) and I'm really nervous to see this number. Did I lose or gain. I'm just so scared to find out. But I have to get over it. Okay here we go.........

"You Get What You Settle For"
Hey guys. Just wanted to stop by with a quick post. So far this week, everything has not been going the way that I wanted them to go. I have been stressed out like crazy (school (its finals week), finances, weight loss, etc). I used my stress and busy-ness (I know it's not a word lol) as an excuse to not exercise and pay attention to what I have been eating. I was re-evaluating everything about this weight loss journey last night and came to the conclusion that "you get what you settle for". It's as simple as that. So far this week, I have been settling for less than I want, need, and deserve. I have been mad at myself for not being on top of my game with this weight loss thing. So I was just feeling like whatever, who cares, I'm always gonna be the "big girl". But I'm done with settling for just being the "big girl". I know what I want and I am not going to settle for anything less. I can't use tough situations in life as an excuse for not working hard for the results that I want. When I fall, no matter how hard, I have to get back up and keep going. I know what I want and I have to go for it. I am in control of my own happiness and so are you. So that's it for today. I just wanted to stop by and share this "quote" with you guys. Maybe it will help you as it has helped me. Bye for now :)

WW: Week 3 Update
Hey! So I know this post a little late (just a smidge lol), I'm in my fourth week now. But the end of last week was definitely a challenge. Watch the vid to get a further explanation ( I dont feel like typing too much today lol). But just so you know if you dont feel like watching, I DID NOT QUIT WEIGHT WATCHERS! :) If you guys have any encouraging thoughts or advice, please leave them in a comment below.
